For a custom part, quality is not a generic promise. It is the ability to make the released drawing, revision, functional interfaces and acceptance criteria visible throughout the project. 

When you send a CAD file, drawing, sample or technical requirement, we use those inputs to clarify what must be checked before production and before shipment.

CNC Turning Parts Rotational features may not assemble as intended. Diameter relationships, bore/OD features, grooves, threads and functional runout requirements.
CNC Bushings A mating shaft or housing fit is unclear. ID/OD relationship, length, shoulder position, lubrication features and specified fit requirements.
CNC Pins A locating, retaining or pivot feature does not seat correctly. Diameter, effective length, ends, grooves, cross holes, retention features and burr control.
CNC Flanged Components A sealing or mounting interface fails to match its mating part. Mounting face, pilot/bore relationship, bolt-hole pattern, flange thickness and interface geometry.
CNC Threaded Components Thread engagement or mating compatibility is not confirmed. Thread standard, size, pitch, handedness, engagement depth, relief and entry condition.
CNC Milling Datum faces, holes or pockets do not support downstream assembly. Datum selection, hole position, pocket/slot geometry, flatness and feature relationships.
CNC Machined Components Several parts in a set change independently and no longer share interfaces. Revision control, shared mating features, BOM identification and component-specific acceptance points.

A useful quality package is project-specific. If you require an inspection record, sample confirmation, traceability information, part labels, special packing or another form of evidence, identify it with the drawing or RFQ. We will review it against the part and the agreed manufacturing route instead of assuming that the same document set applies to every order.
